GD100 R series Refrigerated bath

The Grant Optima™ GD100 R series of refrigerated baths and re-circulators with digital control provides excellent value for money for straightforward applications requiring accurate heating and cooling in the temperature range of 0 to 100°C.

The  Grant GD100 immersion thermostat incorporates Intelligent Control Optimisation™ (ICO) for adaptive intelligent PID temperature control and can be combined with four of Grant's refrigeration units.

  • Simple-to-use rotor plus two keys provide access to the interactive interface for fast, accurate set-up
  • Clear digital display for instant reassurance - easy to read from a distance
  • Visual alarm - alerts you when your attention is required
  • Operating setpoint plus 3 adjustable preset temperatures for convenience
  • User calibration facility for optimum accuracy at the required operating temperature
  • Choice of four refrigerated (R) tanks with different facilities, working volumes and cooling capacities
  • Cooling/heating range: 0 to 100°C
  • Stability ± 0.1°C

Note: The refrigeration unit can be switched off indepedendently of the thermostat to allow heating only applications. All the refrigeration base units can be used up to a maximum temperature of 100°C.

Tank Option

The Grant Optima™ GD100 R series of refrigerated baths and re-circulators provides a choice of four systems with different facilities, stainless steel tank capacities and cooling power to suit different applications.

The Grant combined tank/refrigeration units are robustly constructed for long life and efficient and reliable operation.

  • Cooling/heating range: 0 to 100°C (in combination with GD100 thermostat)

Choose from the following combinations of GD100 immersion thermostat and R tank/refrigeration units:

GD100-R1

  • 5 litre tank
  • cooling power 140W @ 0°C
  • temperature range 0 to 100°C

GD100-R2

  • 5 litre tank with drain tap
  • relay control for refrigeration on/off
  • cooling power 140W @ 0°C
  • temperature range 0 to 100°C

GD100-R4

  • 20 litre tank with drain tap
  • refrigeration high pressure switch
  • relay control for refrigeration on/off
  • cooling power 500W @ 0°C
  • temperature range 0 to 100°C

GD100-R5

  • 12 litre tank with drain tap
  • refrigeration high pressure switch
  • relay control fro refrigeration on/off
  • cooling power 1050W @ 0°C
  • temperature range 0 to 100°C

Note: The refrigeration unit can be switched off independently of the thermostat to allow heating only applications. All the refrigeration base units can be used up to a maximum temperature of 100°C.
